This is the last email from our 5th Anniversary Celebration series.

In our previous letters we described Homes&Land services and products, which were created for the last 5 years and many methods of implementation of a strong marketing system.

What is more important than reliable and helpful tools?

Our relationship. The feeling of a trustworthy and faithful shoulder to lean on in the moment of weakness or stress. If we do not have it, than what's the point?

For the past 5 years we have built a reliable establishment. Our foundation keystone is "listening". Yes, we know the difference between "listen" and "hear". It is of paramount importance to us - listening to what you have to say, to your vision and point of view, in order to understand how we can help you better. And if we cannot, we will always refer you to a reliable and accountable professional.

Our credo is: "Do not sell, but help to buy". It makes not much difference if you are a marketing expert or a real estate broker, with 30 years or with 2 days experience under your belt.

We all seek to help our clients to puzzle out their situation and make the right choice, whether they sell or buy and create a long-term, protective, loyal, and ongoing business relationship.

There are 3 main steps on this path:

  • Listen and Hear (HL)
  • Show and See (S)
  • Do (D)

We call it: "HLSD Success" (or Homes&Land Success Development).

How can we hear the one who needs our help:

  • We ask questions.
  • We ask more leading questions
  • If we still are not 100% clear, we return to phase 1 and 2.
